We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Wine Sommelier on behalf of our client. You will manage the resort's extensive wine program and elevate the guest dining experience through expert recommendations and pairings. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage the resort's wine list and cellar inventory.
  • Advise guests on wine selections and provide tableside service.
  • Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions.
  • Work with the culinary team on food and wine pairings.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must have WSET Level 3 or equivalent Sommelier certification.
  • Proven experience as a Sommelier in a 5-star resort or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Strong communication, sales, and guest service skills.
