  • Manage the entire guest journey for assigned Mandarin-speaking guests.

  • Anticipate needs to provide intuitive, 5-star service.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of professional integrity.
