What You Will Do:
  • Manage the daily operations of the Japanese kitchen.
  • Specialize in sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, and other hot/cold dishes.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs in Japanese techniques.
  • Manage specialty ingredient inventory and ensure food quality.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be an expert in Japanese cuisine with proven experience as a Sous Chef or Itamae.
  • Strong skills in sushi and sashimi preparation are essential.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
