What You Will Do:
- Manage the daily operations of the Japanese kitchen.
- Specialize in sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, and other hot/cold dishes.
- Train and mentor junior chefs in Japanese techniques.
- Manage specialty ingredient inventory and ensure food quality.
- Must be an expert in Japanese cuisine with proven experience as a Sous Chef or Itamae.
- Strong skills in sushi and sashimi preparation are essential.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
