Sous Chef
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a versatile and hands-on Sous Chef. You will be a key leader in the kitchen, supporting the Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in managing daily operations. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Act as the second-in-command in the kitchen.
 - Supervise and manage the team, overseeing a la carte or buffet production.
 - Ensure all dishes meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
 - Assist with ordering, inventory, and staff training.
 
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie.
 - Strong culinary skills across various sections.
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
