We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier on behalf of our client. You will manage the resort's extensive wine program and elevate the guest dining experience through expert recommendations and pairings. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage the resort's wine list and cellar inventory.
  • Advise guests on wine selections and provide tableside service.
  • Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions.
  • Work with the culinary team on food and wine pairings.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must have WSET Level 3 or equivalent Sommelier certification.
  • Proven experience as a Sommelier in a 5-star resort or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Strong communication, sales, and guest service skills.
