We are seeking a Senior Reservations Agent on behalf of our client. You will be a key member of the reservations team, handling complex bookings and acting as a mentor to junior agents. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage all booking inquiries, including groups and complex FITs.
  • Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the PMS.
  • Handle escalated inquiries and support the Reservations Manager.
  • Train and mentor junior Reservation Agents.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5-star resort.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and booking channels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
