We are seeking a Restaurant Concierge Host on behalf of our client. You will be the central point of contact for all guest dining reservations, ensuring a smooth and organized experience across all resort outlets. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage the central dining reservations system.
  • Advise guests on dining options, menus, and special promotions.
  • Coordinate with all restaurant managers to manage table allocations.
  • Handle special requests, dietary needs, and large party bookings.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience as a Host/Hostess or in F&B administration.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (English).
  • A polite, professional, and guest-focused telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of reservation software is a plus.
