We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join leading resort development projects in the Maldives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in MEP cost control and project coordination.

What You Will Do:
  • Prepare, verify and measure MEP quantities and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Manage cost estimation, budgeting and cost control for MEP works.
  • Evaluate contractor claims, variations and progress payments.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide accurate documentation, reporting and contract administration support.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in MEP QS or similar role.
  • Experience in resort or 5 star hospitality projects.
  • Previous Maldives experience is an advantage.
