We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join leading resort development projects in the Maldives. This role is ideal for candidates seeking career growth in QS and project cost management within the construction and hospitality environment.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist with preparation and verification of quantities and BOQs.
  • Support cost estimation, budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Assist in evaluating variations, contractor claims and progress payments.
  • Work closely with project and engineering teams for on-ground coordination.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for project cost reviews.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant QS experience.
  • Experience in resort or 5 star hospitality projects.
  • Maldives experience is an advantage.
