We are seeking a charismatic Island Host on behalf of our client. In this role, you will be the guest's personal guide to the resort, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage all aspects of the guest's stay, from pre-arrival planning to departure.
  • Make reservations (dining, spa, excursions) and coordinate all requests.
  • Proactively engage with guests to create 'wow' moments.
  • Handle all feedback and ensure immediate resolution.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or similar role.
  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly organized, adaptable, and proactive.
