On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced HR Manager. You will lead the Human Resources function, driving talent management, employee relations, and compliance for the resort. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee all HR operations: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and C&B.
  • Ensure full compliance with Maldivian employment law.
  • Champion a positive and engaging work culture.
  • Advise the General Manager and leadership team on all people-related matters.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a large resort.
  • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
