HK Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized HK Coordinator on behalf of our client. You will be the administrative and communication hub for the entire Housekeeping department. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage the Housekeeping office and answer all phone calls.
  • Log guest requests and coordinate with attendants.
  • Update room statuses in the PMS (e.g., OPERA).
  • Log maintenance requests and manage lost & found.
  • Assist with attendant schedules and administrative reports.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Experience as a Coordinator, Admin, or in Front Office is preferred.
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS is a strong advantage.
