We are seeking a Head Waiter on behalf of our client. You will be a key leader in the restaurant, supporting the F&B Supervisor and ensuring the service team delivers an exceptional dining experience. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Lead a section of the restaurant and manage a team of Waiters.

  • Train and mentor junior team members on service standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues on the spot.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a senior Waiter or Captain in a 5-star resort.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
