Guest Services Supervisor

What You Will Do:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk (check-in/out, billing).
- Train, mentor, and schedule the Guest Service Agents.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and service recovery.
- Ensure all financial and administrative procedures are followed.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role at the Front Office.
- Strong knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
