Guest Service Agent
We are seeking a welcoming Guest Service Agent on behalf of our client. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, managing check-ins, check-outs, and all guest inquiries at the front desk. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
 - Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
 - Handle guest billing, payments, and foreign currency exchange.
 - Answer guest inquiries about the resort and the Maldives.
 
- Previous experience in Front Office is preferred, but not essential.
 - A positive, guest-focused attitude.
 - Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
 - Knowledge of hotel PMS is an advantage.
