We are seeking a Guest Relation Officer (Chinese Speaking) on behalf of our client. You will be the primary contact for our Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring they have a comfortable and exceptional stay. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Welcome and assist Mandarin-speaking guests from arrival to departure.
  • Provide translation services and handle all inquiries and special requests.
  • Gather feedback and ensure all needs are met promptly.
  • Liaise with F&B, Housekeeping, and other teams.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Previous experience in Guest Relations or a similar role in a luxury resort.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
