Western Chef
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist Western Chef. You will be responsible for preparing authentic, high-quality dishes from European and/or Mediterranean cuisines. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Manage the Western cuisine section of the kitchen.
- Prepare a variety of dishes (e.g., grill, pasta, fine dining).
- Ensure all dishes meet high standards of flavor, quality, and presentation.
- Assist in training junior chefs on Western cooking techniques.
- Must be an expert in Western/European/Mediterranean cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Strong culinary skills and a creative approach.
