On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Water Sports Manager (Local). This is a premier opportunity for a Maldivian leader to manage the resort's entire water sports and recreational activities center. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage all water sports operations (motorized and non-motorized).
  • Lead, train, and schedule the water sports team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest safety and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage the department's budget, P&L, and drive revenue.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be a Maldivian national.
  • Extensive experience in resort water sports, with proven management/supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills.
  • Must be safety-focused and a certified instructor (e.g., PADI, VDWS).
