Training Manager
We are seeking a passionate Training Manager on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that drive employee growth, service excellence, and career development. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Identify training needs across all departments.
 - Design and deliver engaging training sessions (e.g., service standards, leadership, compliance).
 - Manage the resort's orientation and onboarding programs.
 - Track training effectiveness and manage the L&D budget.
 
- 3+ years of experience in Training or L&D, preferably in hospitality.
 - Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
 - A passion for helping others learn and grow.
