Restaurant Manager
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead one of their signature dining outlets. You will be fully responsible for the restaurant's operations, guest experience, and financial performance. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, from service to closing.
- Lead and develop the F&B service team to uphold 5-star standards.
- Curate the guest experience, handle reservations, and resolve any issues.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star resort or high-end standalone restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service.
- Excellent leadership, financial, and guest-facing skills.
