On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Reservation Agent. You will be responsible for handling all incoming booking inquiries and ensuring a seamless and professional reservation process for guests. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Respond to all booking inquiries via email and phone.
  • Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Provide guests with detailed information on room types, rates, and packages.
  • Ensure all booking details and payments are processed correctly.
Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS is an advantage.
