People & Culture Officer

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a People & Culture Officer who shares a passion for excellence and is committed to supporting a great team[cite: 5]. In this role, you will help drive the employee experience and support daily People & Culture operations. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to caring for our people .

What You Will Do:
  • Support P&C operations, including work permits, medical checks, leave, and travel .
  • Maintain administrative records in an organized manner .
  • Coordinate employee accommodations and recreational facilities .
  • Plan and organize employee activities, team-building, and sports events .
  • Assist with employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives .
  • Assist with Employee Relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes .
  • Support learning and development initiatives .
  • Help with P&C communications, internal updates, and noticeboards .

Candidate Profile:
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred .
  • Possesses good English, math, and psychometric abilities .
  • Possess a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality .
  • Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred .
  • Possesses aptitude for upward mobility.
