We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on behalf of our client. You will lead a team of technicians (e.g., A/C, plumbing, electrical) to ensure the resort is in optimal working condition. What's Offered:

  • Supervise the general maintenance team.
  • Manage the preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests from guests and departments.
  • Train and mentor technicians and ensure all safety standards are met.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within hotel maintenance.
  • A strong technical background (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or A/C).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
