What You Will Do:
  • Lead the Teppanyaki station and supervise junior chefs.
  • Prepare high-quality meals in front of guests, providing entertainment and interaction.
  • Manage the station's mise en place, quality control, and hygiene.
  • Assist the Sous Chef with ordering and inventory.
Candidate Profile:
  • Exceptional skills in Teppanyaki cooking and performance.
  • Previous experience as a senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
  • An outgoing, engaging personality and good English communication skills.
