IT Officer
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a hands-on IT Officer. You will be responsible for supporting all IT systems, hardware, and networks within the resort, providing essential support to both guests and colleagues. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Provide first-level IT support for all colleagues and guest-facing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers) and software.
- Monitor and maintain the resort's network, Wi-Fi, and server infrastructure.
- Assist with managing user accounts and ensuring data security.
- A degree in IT or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
- Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
