Guest Services Supervisor

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Guest Services Supervisor. You will lead a team of Guest Service Agents, ensuring smooth front desk operations and exceptional service delivery. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk (check-in/out, billing).
  • Train, mentor, and schedule the Guest Service Agents.
  • Handle escalated guest complaints and service recovery.
  • Ensure all financial and administrative procedures are followed.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role at the Front Office.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
