Executive Sous Chef
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a talented Executive Sous Chef. You will be the second-in-command of the entire culinary division, supporting the Executive Chef in managing multiple outlets, ensuring food quality, and leading a large team. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Assist in overseeing all kitchen operations, from fine dining to buffet and staff canteen.
 - Manage, train, and mentor the culinary team.
 - Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to all hygiene (HACCP) standards.
 - Assist with menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
 
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a 5-star resort.
 - Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
 - Creative culinary style and expertise in multiple cuisines.
 - Strong financial acumen (costing, budgeting).
