On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a talented Executive Sous Chef. You will be the second-in-command of the entire culinary division, supporting the Executive Chef in managing multiple outlets, ensuring food quality, and leading a large team. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Assist in overseeing all kitchen operations, from fine dining to buffet and staff canteen.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the culinary team.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to all hygiene (HACCP) standards.
  • Assist with menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a 5-star resort.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
  • Creative culinary style and expertise in multiple cuisines.
  • Strong financial acumen (costing, budgeting).
