Engineering Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Engineering Coordinator on behalf of our client. You will be the administrative and communication hub for the entire Engineering department. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage the Engineering office and answer all phone calls.
  • Log all maintenance requests from guests and departments in the system.
  • Coordinate technician schedules and track job completion.
  • Assist with managing spare parts inventory and placing purchase requests.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Experience as a Coordinator or in admin is essential.
  • Proficiency with maintenance software (e.g., FCS) is a strong advantage.
