Demi Chef de Partie - Japanese Restaurant
We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for a specialty Japanese Restaurant on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a Commis Chef with a passion for Japanese cuisine. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Assist the Japanese kitchen team with daily operations.
 - Learn and prepare a variety of Japanese dishes (sushi, hot items).
 - Prepare all ingredients (mise en place) for the station.
 - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
 
- Must have experience or strong interest in Japanese cuisine.
 - Proven experience as a senior Commis.
 - A willingness to learn, positive attitude, and good teamwork.
