We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for a specialty Japanese Restaurant on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a Commis Chef with a passion for Japanese cuisine. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Assist the Japanese kitchen team with daily operations.
  • Learn and prepare a variety of Japanese dishes (sushi, hot items).
  • Prepare all ingredients (mise en place) for the station.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must have experience or strong interest in Japanese cuisine.
  • Proven experience as a senior Commis.
  • A willingness to learn, positive attitude, and good teamwork.
