Communication Centre Associate

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Communication Centre Associate. You will be the central "voice" of the resort, handling all incoming guest calls, in-villa dining orders, and requests with speed and professionalism. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Answer all internal and external calls promptly and politely.
  • Coordinate guest requests (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) and log them in the system.
  • Process in-villa dining orders and ensure their accuracy.
  • Handle emergency communications calmly and effectively.
Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience as a Call Center Agent or in Front Office.
  • Exceptional English communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS (like OPERA) is a strong advantage.
