Communication Centre Associate
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Communication Centre Associate. You will be the central "voice" of the resort, handling all incoming guest calls, in-villa dining orders, and requests with speed and professionalism. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Answer all internal and external calls promptly and politely.
- Coordinate guest requests (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) and log them in the system.
- Process in-villa dining orders and ensure their accuracy.
- Handle emergency communications calmly and effectively.
- Previous experience as a Call Center Agent or in Front Office.
- Exceptional English communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (like OPERA) is a strong advantage.
