Chef De Partie - Indian Cuisine
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist Chef de Partie - Indian Cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes for our resort guests. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Manage the Indian cuisine section of the kitchen.
- Prepare a variety of authentic dishes (e.g., tandoor, curries, biryanis).
- Ensure all dishes meet high standards of flavor, quality, and presentation.
- Assist in training junior chefs on Indian cooking techniques.
- Must be an expert in regional Indian cuisine (North/South).
- Proven experience as a CDP or DCDP in Indian cuisine.
- Experience with tandoor oven is essential.
