On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Boat Captain (Local). You will be responsible for the safe operation of resort vessels, including guest transfers and excursions. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Safely operate resort vessels (e.g., speedboats, dhonis).
  • Transport guests for airport transfers, excursions, and dive trips.
  • Conduct pre-departure safety checks and briefings.
  • Ensure the vessel is clean, fueled, and maintained.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be a Maldivian national.
  • Must hold a valid Maldivian Boat Captain license.
  • Proven experience in the tourism industry.
  • Excellent boat handling skills and a strong safety record.
  • Good English communication skills.
