- Learn and work in a specific kitchen section.
- Prepare all ingredients (mise en place) as per instructions.

- A strong passion for cooking and a desire to build a career.
- Basic culinary knowledge or a certificate from a culinary school is a plus.
- Must be a hardworking, positive, and dedicated team player.
