We are seeking a strategic Cluster Director of Human Resources (Maldivian) on behalf of our client. You will provide high-level HR leadership across multiple properties, driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals for all properties.
  • Oversee all P&C functions: recruitment, L&D, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance and champion a positive, high-performance work culture.
  • Advise senior management on all human capital matters.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be a Maldivian national.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role (Director or similar).
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and conflict management skills.
