Chef De Partie - Pan Asian
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a specialist Chef de Partie - Pan Asian. You will be responsible for preparing authentic, high-quality dishes from across Asia (e.g., Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese). What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
- Manage the Pan-Asian section of the kitchen, including wok and curry stations.
 - Prepare and present authentic dishes to a 5-star standard.
 - Ensure all food meets high standards of flavor, quality, and presentation.
 - Assist in training junior chefs on Asian cooking techniques.
 
- Must be an expert in Pan-Asian cuisine (wok, curries, dim sum etc.).
 - Proven experience as a CDP or DCDP in a high-quality Asian restaurant.
 - Good teamwork and communication skills.
