On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Chef de Partie - Japanese Cuisine. You will be responsible for managing a section within a high-end Japanese restaurant, focusing on quality and authenticity. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Manage a section of the Japanese kitchen (e.g., sushi, hot kitchen).
  • Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Japanese dishes.
  • Maintain consistency and adhere to all hygiene standards.
  • Assist the Sous Chef in training and inventory management.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must have strong experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi/hot).
  • Proven experience as a CDP or DCDP in a Japanese restaurant.
  • Good hygiene standards and attention to detail.
