Chef De Partie - Japanese cuisine

What You Will Do:
- Manage a section of the Japanese kitchen (e.g., sushi, hot kitchen).
- Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Japanese dishes.
- Maintain consistency and adhere to all hygiene standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef in training and inventory management.
- Must have strong experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi/hot).
- Proven experience as a CDP or DCDP in a Japanese restaurant.
- Good hygiene standards and attention to detail.
