What You Will Do:
- Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., Garde Manger, Saucier, Pastry).
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to resort standards.
- Train and supervise Commis Chefs working on your section.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior Demi Chef de Partie.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of your section.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
