What You Will Do:
- Manage all daily operations of your assigned kitchen.
 - Design menus, control food costs, and manage inventory.
 - Train, mentor, and lead your culinary brigade.
 - Ensure all food preparation meets 5-star standards and HACCP guidelines.
 
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior Sous Chef in a 5-star resort.
 - Expertise in a specific cuisine (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Fine Dining) is often required.
 - Strong leadership, creativity, and financial management skills.
