We are seeking a CDP - Maldivian Chef on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for championing authentic local cuisine, preparing traditional Maldivian dishes for our guests. What's Offered:

  • Prepare and present a variety of authentic Maldivian dishes.
  • Manage the Maldivian cuisine station for buffets or specialty nights.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
  • Train other chefs on local recipes and cooking methods.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be an expert in authentic Maldivian cuisine.
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
  • A passion for local food and culture.
