We are seeking Boat Crew members on behalf of our client. You will support the Boat Captain in providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming transfer experience for our guests. What's Offered:

What You Will Do:
  • Assist the Captain with docking, anchoring, and boat handling.
  • Welcome guests on board and assist with luggage.
  • Handle safety equipment and conduct safety briefings.
  • Clean and maintain the vessel to 5-star standards.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must hold a valid Maldivian Boat Crew license.
  • Experience as boat crew in the tourism industry is essential.
  • A "safety-first" and guest-focused attitude.
  • Good English communication skills.
