  • Guide guests on big game fishing trips (trolling, popping, jigging).
  • Operate the fishing boat safely and professionally.
  • Maintain all fishing equipment (rods, reels, tackle).
  • Use your local knowledge to provide the best possible fishing experience.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must be a Maldivian national.
  • Must have extensive experience in big game/sport fishing in the Maldives.
  • Strong boat handling skills are required.
  • Good English communication and guest service skills.
